The Art of Deception

If it is true in fact, then the Christian religion is an example of the art of deception.

Allow me to explain. If Christianity is true, it is a religion in which God lures his sinful followers into worshiping him using the same kinds of deception the serpent used to lure Adam & Eve to sin against the God who created them, the serpent, and the garden into which he threw them and assured their paths would cross - a meeting which so irreparably cursed humanity forever for its gullibility that it could only be saved from being cast forever into a lack of fire by sacrificing Jesus on a cross. And behind this circular reasoning, animating it like an invisible hand, is divine deception.

In the ancient days of the Old Testament, there were two kinds of sacrifices to the gods that required death: the sacrifice of animals (like an unblemished lamb) and the sacrifice of humans, preferably vestal virgins.

In the story of Jesus, the Jews had long celebrated animal sacrifice. In fact, they were one of the first people to transition away from human sacrifice and replace it with animal sacrifice. This is a giant leap forward in terms of moving away from living like Native American "Indians" and engaging in public executions like the Romans and later Christians engaging in the burning of heretics and those they defined as "witches," and toward having someone kill the animals you will eat at dinner for you, like we have in most of the world today.

From this perspective, Jesus is proof that God felt the animal sacrifices the Jews had been making were simply not enough for God to forgive the whole world for what He had previously destroyed humanity and much else for doing with a flood:  the long term effects of the sin Adam and Eve.

God, as a result, smuggles himself into the world through an avatar that looks human, but operates like a Trojan horse, for it holds the God of Moses within itself. Jesus is human, but his soul is not simply "of God," as modern Christians believe, but purely "divine," and unblemished by the stain of Adam and Eve. The problem is that, when the God of Moses shows up disguised as a lowly blue-collar carpenter named Jesus rather than dressed as a high priest of the Jewish religion, his "chosen people" didn't recognize him as their own God made flesh. Rather, they treated him like an animal, like those in the stable that surrounded him when he was born.

God's disguise, as such, is designed to conceal his true identity from the majority, revealing that true identity only to those who were willing to believe it on their own - men who had to be willing to believe what could get them potentially killed as heretics and blasphemers for daring to believe.

Why?

Because God needed to fool enough of his own "chosen people" to convince them to crucify their own God out of an attempt to defend their God. And how could so many of God's "chosen people," especially the ones most devoted to their religious traditions, get it so wrong? Well, if you ask a Christian today, they'll claim it was ultimately the result of "free will."

And with that "free will," led and conditioned as it had been for so long, they could be counted on to crucify their own God, while justifying it by claiming to be doing it to defend the honor of their own God. And because they are defending their God, they are as justified in doing so as God himself is in flooding the planet, firebombing Sodom and Gomorrah, and sending plaques and famine and pestilence of every sort.

And why does God feel the need to punish us and make us suffer so much? Obviously, it is because of how we so often use our "free will" - which is stained with a preference for disobedience and run by a brain designed to grow and evolve by rewarding us with new and creative ways of thinking outside the sacred box of religious tradition - to so often use our biological need for new and creative ways of thinking to offend the very "God" who created us with such a stained "free will" just as addicted to sin as our biological brain is equally addicted to change.

Then there is the act of deception in which God tries to test humanity again, but this time with Abraham. While God allowed the serpent to deceive Adam & Eve, God decides to deceive Abraham by telling him to take his son Isaac up to the mountains and sacrifice him to God. Abraham, who has no idea that God will eventually stop him before he completes the bloody deed, sets out to "obey," since he was probably well aware that Adam and Eve has disobeyed, and given what happened to them after they did, Abraham was probably not willing to risk disobeying God again.

Naturally, it should be pointed out, no one ever asks how many other people God has asked to do the same thing before he finally found someone with the very kind of moral relativism needed to justify killing his only son as a perfectly Godly thing to do.

But despite all of this, while God had to fool his own "chosen people" into crucifying him for blaspheming himself, in order to save the world from eternal tortures in the hell God designed and maintains at peak performance, he continues to hold the people who perpetrated the crime responsible for it, and thus deserving of whatever punishments God inflicts, in both this life and the next.

To forgive us for disobedience by Adam for pulling down the fruit of knowledge of good and evil, which only happened after the serpent had duped both he and Eve, God had the brilliant idea to start a version of His own brand of religion by likewise duping his own "chosen people" into reverting to human sacrifice, so they would crucify their own God as a heretic of their own God (and no one else's).

Put another way, to forgive us for being duped by a serpent into wanting to "be like God knowing right from wrong," God had to dupe us into crucifying him as a heretic to his previous religion, in order to start a new religion that required everyone to follow a Church that claims to be infallible in its ability to "be like God knowing right from wrong."

And according to Christians these ideas make perfect sense, and seeing this is why they deserve an eternity of pleasures,  and anyone who dares to suggest such ideas do not make sense, let alone cannot be the basis of any moral code that is not as purely relative as it can be, deserves to be tortured for all eternity, plain and simple.

Why Ben Shapiro is Wrong About BLM

If Ben Shapiro really wants answers to his condemnations of BLM, he should start by reading a few books, and then some. For example, he can find all of the answer's he's looking for in: Slavery By Another Name , by Douglas Blackmon, which shows how "thousands of African Americans were pulled back into forced labor with shocking force and brutality," right up until the 1970s, when I was still in grade school. The New Jim Crow: Mass Incarceration in the Age of Colorblindness , by Civil Rights litigator and legal scholar, Michelle Alexander, which explains how "mass incarceration" under the ruse of a War on Drugs, has effectively created a caste system that is as pronounced in America today as it was in the Jim Crow south, if not more. Ghosts of Jim Crow , which was written by Constitutional Law Professor, F. Michael Higgenbotham, which explains in great detail how "the shadows of Jim Crow era laws and attitudes continue to perpetuate insidious, ...

Father Mike's Omniscience About Transgenderism

The major problems in the world are the result of the difference between how nature works and how people think. Gregory Batson I f my perception doesn't match up with reality, it's not reality that has to change, it's my perception.   Fr. Mi ke Schmitz Despite the ever growing mountain of evidence about the nature of transgenderism, Fr. Mike Schmitz simply refuses to change his perception. And that's because his "perception," is not only based on nothing but his "beliefs," but because selling those "beliefs" is his one and only job! The problem, if he were truly trying to follow in the footsteps of Christ, is he would stop trying to sell people what he "believes" is the truth, and he would try to actually start trying to FIND THE TRUTH instead.  NOT DOING SO, however, is simply an act of his own spiritual pride, and nothing else. WHY DO CHRISTIANS PREFER THEIR BELIEFS TO THE TRUTH?  Probably because th...

The Height of Arrogance of Christian Humility

"To think that the ruler of the universe will run to my assistance and bend the laws of nature for me is the height of arrogance. That implies that everyone else (such as the opposing football team, driver, student, parent) is de -selected, unfavored by God, and that I am special, above it all." Dan Barker, Losing Faith in Faith: From Preacher to Atheist (Madison, WI: FFRF, 1992), p. 109. What could be more arrogant than to believe in miracles? To believe that the supreme ruler of the universe has not only bent the laws of nature by which everyone else is bound, but that such a ruler did so as a special favor to you, and also as a special message and invitation to you, which that ruler intentionally withholds from everyone else.  Even the person who believes they know something is a miracle believes that their knowledge of miracles is itself a special knowledge, amounting to a kind of miracle in and of itself, that the God who performed the miracle bestows to his chosen ...
